I originally ordered a medium, but it took almost two weeks for me to find out that my size was unavailable. I then requested a large, but unfortunately, it is significantly too big. Now, I’m being asked to pay $16 to exchange it for the correct size, even though the issue started because the size I originally ordered was unavailable. I don’t feel that I should have to pay an additional fee to correct this situation.
