Return and Exchange policy

We want you to love your items received from Ooh Soo Crafty.  If by change you do not, we accept return within 7 days of delivery. 

This is for online orders only!

Purchases made at in person events are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges!

How to start a return and/or exchange?

  • Visit our returns center at https://oohsoocraftyllc.returnscenter.com/
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
  • There is a $16.00 return fee that covers the cost of the shipping label.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
  • All returns and exchanged items must
    • Be unworn, unused & not washed
    • Be in original packaging with all tags attached
    • Include proof of purchase or packing slips

Restocking Fee

All eligible return will incur a 10% restocking fee.  This fee is to cover inspection, processing and restocking costs.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalized items
  • Clearance/Final Sale Items
  • Pre-Order items
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Make sure to inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt.  I you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@oohsoocrafty.com.  We will send you a label to return the item and the replacement item will be shipped back to you once receipt of the original item.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

Once return and exchange has been approved a shipping label with instructions will be sent via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after receipt.
