Great customer service. Met at the conference in Vegas. My sales associate was a beautiful older lady who was so calm and pleasant despite the lines and chaos/business. They were sold out so they had to ship it later, came earlier than expected and I’m in love with the bag! Great quality!
LOVE this bag. The only thing I wish though, is that this bag had some form of a section divider built in it... but none the less its a great good quality bag.
